Since 2021, I have been supporting startup days, one of the most important business and networking events in the Swiss startup scene, with comprehensive strategic marketing measures. My tasks include:

 

  • Development of the marketing strategy: Creative ideas and a clear plan for establishing and scaling the brand.
  • Implementation and management: Implementation and monitoring of all marketing measures to achieve the defined goals.
  • Selection and management of marketing channels: Efficient use of social media, newsletter marketing and Google Ads to increase reach.
  • Content strategy and editorial planning: Creation and implementation of a comprehensive editorial plan tailored to the target group.
  • Website relaunch and optimization: Redesign, continuous maintenance and improvement of the event website for maximum user-friendliness and visibility.
  • Campaign planning and implementation: Conception and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns that appeal to participants and sponsors alike.
  • Team and project coordination: Close collaboration with internal team members such as video creators, website developers and graphic designers, as well as external service providers such as photographers and Google Ads experts.
  • Success analysis and optimization: Regular review and adjustment of measures based on KPIs and feedback.
